    Absolutely delicious!

This was my first cashew butter but it won’t be the last. I love lemon and this was chock full of lemon flavor. The lemon meringue topping is the perfect pairing for this nut butter— it is simply an amazing combination.

Delicious but as a lemon lover was hoping it would just be a little more lemony.
