Nerdy Nuts “First 50” Promotion — Official Rules

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Target Corporation. Target is not a sponsor and has no involvement in this promotion.

1.     Sponsor.  Nerdy Nuts LLC, 1231 Oregon Street, Rapid City, SD 57701 (“Sponsor”).

2.     Eligibility.  Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Not open to residents of Alaska or Hawaii, because the reward is redeemable only toward online orders that ship within the contiguous United States. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.

3.     Promotion Period.  Begins 06/08/26 at 12:00pm EST and ends when 50 rewards have been claimed or on 07/08/26 at 12:00pm EST, whichever occurs first (the “Promotion Period”).

4.     How to Qualify.  The first 50 eligible participants to purchase one jar of Nerdy Nuts Dubai Chocolate Peanut Butter or Nerdy Nuts Birthday Cake Peanut Butter during the Promotion Period receive one reward when a picture of their receipt is emailed to Contest@NerdyNuts.com. The receipt must clearly display the purchase date for eligibility. “First 50” is determined solely by Sponsor’s timestamp records. Sponsor’s records are final and binding on all matters relating to this promotion.

5.     Limit — strictly one per person.  Each person may receive only one (1) reward. No person may receive more than one. Duplicate or multiple attempts to claim — including through multiple email addresses, accounts, payment methods, or shipping addresses — will be disqualified. Limit enforced by email address, payment method, and shipping address.

6.     Reward.  A $5.00 Nerdy Nuts store credit, redeemable only toward online orders placed at nerdynuts.com. Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous states; the reward cannot be redeemed for orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. The reward has no expiration date. It has no cash value, is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, cannot be combined with other offers or discounts, is for one-time use, and will not be replaced if lost. Total of 50 rewards available per state ($250.00 maximum total reward value per state).

7.     Delivery.  Rewards will be issued to the email address provided by the participant after qualifying.

8.     Taxes.  Recipients are responsible for any applicable taxes.

9.        Privacy.  Information collected from participants is used to administer this promotion and is handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (https://nerdynuts.com/pages/privacy-policy).

10.  General Conditions.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion, and to disqualify any individual, in the event of fraud, tampering, technical failure, or any violation of these Official Rules or any attempt to undermine the fair operation of the promotion.

11.  Governing Law.  These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
